Hello! This is my take on my favorite spaghetti bolognese recipe with a twist from my North African culture. I am OBSESSED with pasta. Growing up, my mother had a pasta machine and we used to spend all day making it and cooking. A few years ago I traveled to Firenze and Elba Italy and fell more in love with cooking pasta of all forms, textures, and flavors.
This specific recipe I have been making for several years and is the number one request from my family when we have get-togethers. It takes me about 45 minutes and will feed about 4 people. Enjoy!
